I only made it to the gym once this week.  After such a successful several weeks culminating in confirming that I’m at least one size down, I slacked off this week.  At least three days could be attributed to work.  I worked late twice this week and then had to give up a precious Sunday to a business trip.  Thursday night I didn’t go because it was my last night with my beloved before we left on separate trips.

Still, I need to do better.  I must find a way to motivate on these busy weeks.  I need to continue my regular, intense exercise through the wedding and after.  I have many reasons to try to get back to a healthy weight.  Yet, this week they did not get me to the gym more than once.  🙁

    The trick is to not make this a pattern. We all have weeks that prevent us from doing what we want or what we should do. Just start afresh this week. (At least that is what I tell myself when I fall off the dieting wagon)

    I’ve not gotten exercise in either. That is my biggest hurdle. I just have to find the right way of going about it.

    Thanks, Diane. I just got back from a work trip late last night. I will push to go to the gym at least 3 times this week. 4 may be out of reach.
