This Sunday the fabulous fiance and I were having another conversation about how we should eat better, exercise more, etc. We’ve both had some accomplishments with the latter this summer, but it is so easy to fall off the wagon especially when you throw in some work travel.
So, in the midst of the chat, he said something along the lines of enough. Tomorrow I’m going to get up and run. You’re going to work out. Let’s shake on it. He held out his hand to mine.
I wasn’t so keen to shake hands on it because that would make doing it more important, but I did. And, he did run this morning. And, I did go for a 40 minute walk during my lunch break. It did work.
So here’s to shaking on it for tomorrow. 🙂
